Founder and CEO - Hamidreza Mokhtari Aski

Dr. Hamidreza Mokhtari Aski is the founder and CEO of Tuskano Innovation Club, an Iranian-based hub for innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurial development. With a Ph.D. in Information Science and a faculty position at Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center, he blends academic depth with practical leadership to empower the next generation of changemakers.

Inspired by international experiences—most notably his participation in Cornell University’s agribusiness acceleration program in Indonesia—Dr. Mokhtari launched Tuskano to bridge global insights with local action. Under his leadership, Tuskano has helped position Iranian agritech startups, such as Keshmoon and Binjbar, on the global stage, including participation in major exhibitions like Agritechnica 2019 in Germany. These efforts were recognized by organizations such as UNIDO Germany for their impact on sustainable innovation.

Dr. Mokhtari is also a published researcher and thought leader in digital transformation, knowledge systems, and innovation ecosystems. He brings a unique combination of analytical thinking, cross-cultural collaboration, and deep commitment to social and environmental progress.
